We put the customer in all our business growth and ecosystem design challenges at the center. For us existing industry and domain knowledge is secondary in the exploration of new market opportunities. Consideration of how to solve the customer problem is in our work always free of preconceptions, especially if there are already clear ideas about how it works today or how a potential solution might work in the future.
