Give a generation the skills to direct AI, not be directed by it.

Co-Create Your Future with AI is a complete future-skills programme for young people aged 17 to 22. Foundations, ministries of education and school networks license it for their country or region, and every student receives it free of charge.

★Free for every student. The programme is philanthropic and non-commercial. Your licence brings the full programme to the young people you serve.

If machines do the execution, what must young people learn?

The routine parts of knowledge work, the first draft, the summary, the basic code, are now produced in seconds. The young people who thrive will be the ones who can judge, adapt and direct AI with purpose.

What changed

The execution layer moved to machines.

  • Drafting, summarising and first-pass code are instant
  • Recall and routine output no longer signal talent
  • The baseline resets every few months
What stays valuable

The capabilities AI cannot supply.

  • Judgment and verifying what is true
  • Learning speed and adaptability
  • Ethics, collaboration and directing AI on purpose
The gap

Few programmes teach this in practice.

  • Frameworks list future skills but rarely develop them
  • Teachers need material they can use on Monday
  • This programme closes that gap, with a method and evidence

“Do not compete with machines on being robotic. Your advantage in this new age is deeper humanity, not faster processing.”From Co-Create Your Future with AI

What you license

Not a book. A complete learning ecosystem.

Books alone rarely change what happens in a classroom. Teachers need a manual and training, students need exercises and real projects, and leaders need a shared understanding of why it matters. That is why we license the full ecosystem around the book, ready to run in your schools.

From passenger to pilot to architect

A working programme, not a textbook to read once. Students run every exercise on their own real work and move through three levels of capability.

Level 1PassengerReacts to change. Uses the tools, but the tools lead.
Level 2PilotDirects AI on purpose, checks what is true and keeps the decisions that matter.
Level 3ArchitectDesigns work and systems, orchestrates tools and people, and owns the result.

A future-skills map for the age of AI

Five competency domains on a human core. Every competency can be assessed at three levels, from passenger to architect, so progress becomes visible.

Domain 1

Subject-specific

Deep knowledge, applied. Connecting fields instead of memorising them.

Domain 2

Method & verification

First principles, data fluency and checking what is true.

Domain 3

Personal & adaptive

Learning speed, attention and steady judgment under pressure.

Domain 4

Social & ethical

Communication, empathy and responsibility for decisions.

Domain 5 · the differentiator

Human-AI co-creation

Prompting, orchestrating AI and agents, and governing AI by values.

Student worksheets and a teacher's manual for every exercise

41 student worksheetsOne page per exercise. Each sheet explains why the exercise matters, how to run it (solo, in pairs or in class, and how long) and gives numbered steps with space to write, sketch and reflect.
The teacher's manualA facilitation guide for school teachers, vocational instructors and university faculty, with no AI expertise required. Every exercise follows five parts: the why, key terms, a step-by-step walkthrough with a fresh example, anticipated friction and FAQs, and debrief questions.

Train-the-trainer programme

Certified educators, led by Michael Lewrick

The programme only works when teachers feel confident to run it. In the train-the-trainer programme, Michael Lewrick prepares your educators to deliver every phase themselves, so the capability stays in your schools long after the first cohort.

  • Run the full programmeAll 41 exercises and 4 labs, with the teacher's manual and worksheets.
  • Facilitate, not lectureHow to hold the room, debrief and move students from passenger to architect.
  • Assess what mattersProcess and ownership instead of polish, at three levels of capability.
  • Use AI responsibly in classAcademic honesty, the "built versus borrowed" question and simple rules for students.
  • Become a multiplierCertified educators can support colleagues and scale the programme across schools.

Questions and answers

What is Co-Create Your Future with AI?

A non-profit future-skills programme for young people aged 17 to 22 by Lewrick & Company, led by Dr. Michael Lewrick. It combines a book with 4 phases, 41 hands-on exercises, 4 real-world labs and 13 future skills with a teacher's manual, worksheets, train-the-trainer certification, bootcamps and leadership sessions.

Who can license the programme?

Foundations, ministries and departments of education, school networks and companies with education programmes. Licences are non-exclusive and available for a whole country (National Impact Partner) or a defined territory or network (Local Lead Partner).

Is it free for students?

Yes. The programme is philanthropic and non-commercial. Licensing partners distribute it to students free of charge; selling the material is not permitted.

Why license an ecosystem instead of sponsoring books?

Books alone rarely change what happens in classrooms. A licence includes everything needed to teach the programme: the teacher's manual, worksheets, teacher certification, student formats and guidance, so the capability stays in your schools.

Can the programme be adapted to our country and language?

Yes. Licensed editions can include local examples, your language and a personal preface from your organisation.

How do we start?

Contact us at info@lewrick.ch or use the form on this page. Most partners start with a pilot over one term and then scale.
